Carriers will use your online form to fill in their information (MC, DOT and Fed ID numbers, mailing addresses, phone numbers etc..) and upload their documents (proof of authority, W9 and insurance). After the process is complete, you will receive the signed contract and carrier information in an email to review and add to your TMS system. HelloCargo also stores this information for you on our website which you can access at any time.
